Question about Toshiba Satellite P25-S609 Notebook
My laptop got damaged while serving in Iraq with the USMC. Someone loaded xp home edition instead of media edition and the DVD doesn't seem to work. I want to load the recovery disk and go back to XP media edition. I have an external Dell 8x DVD. Is it possible to get this to work. Nothing happens when I plug it into the back of the laptop. Any help w/b appreciated greatly.
If you had your windows XP media bootable edition... use it to format you Laptop...
note: after you format your laptop your files will be deleted... so make a backup as much as possible for your important files

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
