I cannot get the logitec mx 3200 mouse to work

the keyboard works just fine,but the mouse will not turn on at all and in the installed software it only recognizes the keyboard.

Hi sneakyninja1,

please check whether the mouse is switched on (there should be a power switch at the bottom of the mouse). Furthermore you sould check/replace the battery/batteries of the mouse. Last but not least: make sure that you've installed the latest version of Logitech's SetPoint software.

After u change your mouse's battery, then PRESS and HOLD the ON/OFF button for few seconds until the mouse light on, then your mouse is alive!
