Go online to Motorola's website and search for your model phone. You will find the manual there- you can either save it or bookmark it for future reference. The bluetooth will have a separate manual- go to the manufacturer for it and you should find the instructions to set it up from there.
usually you press and hold the button on the bluetooth headset device for 10 secs, the led will change color, then you pick up your phone get into the bluetooth part of the settings and tell the phone to look for it. Then after that when it finds it, the pin will probably be 00000.
Look it up on google the model of your headset you should be able to find the pin.
