2 wireless laptops are connecting. that means the router must be working properly. Only 1 laptop is not connecting. Try to change the wireless channel on the router. For this you will need to open the set up page of the router. Is there any computer connected to the router ? If not then you will need to connect the computer to the router and open the set up page. Under wireless settings try to change the wireless channel on the router and see if that works.
You will need to check the wireless settings of the router is there any computer connected to the router ? If yes then you can open the router set up page on that computer. Router set up page is the page where you can check all the wireless settings of the router.

did you reset to factory defaults or just unplug the router? If you hit the reset button, you'll have to go in and set everything back up. Have you tried to connect via webbrowser connected to the router from your home computer? go to 192.168.0.1 and see if you can connect to the router to see what's going on.
