Turn off your console for few hours
Remove all cables and wires
Turn on your controller and hold ((( button on the backside of your controller
Turn on your console
Hope this helps!!!!!!
Try replacing the batteries in your controller. If this does not work then try the controller on another console. Failing this your controller is broken.
Best recommendation is to buy a wire and use it wired.
Your xbox is over heating. most likely you have it placed where the fan is covered, your fan is broken or you have an older model. if you have an older model you can buy a internal fan. but your lucky that the xbox is smart enough to shut off and cool down
if your wireless controllers wont sync to your xbox, it could be one of 2 things.
assuming your batteries are fully charged, and that you're using a certified xbox controller, it could be that the controller itself. it is really rare that the wireless receiver inside the xbox itself, goes out, but soemtimes, it happens.
the easiest thing or you to do would be to either pick up an after market controller, or another certified controller, and see if they'll work. if you try other controllers, and they STILL dont work, verify that your system settings are correct, or are set to default, and make sure that your xbox isnt sitting close to something that could be interfering with the signal....like a wireless router for example
if this doesnt work, then it's a problem with the xbox, and you should send it back to the service repair center.
The controller may have lost the signal from the xbox 360. You can try turning the unit on and then the controller. There should be a small white button on the front of the controller, if you press that it will search for the signal from the xbox 360. Hopefully this helps.
That happend to me.... this may sound crude... but what i did was hit it a few times (when it was turned off) on the top left side (not the front).... try that a few times and it might work (fixed mine)
