Hi - If you're in the UK you can order from your local Quinny retailer or direct from the customer service department on 01284 413 141 Mon-Fri 8.30-4.30. RRP is 30GBP per rear wheel and 25GBP for the Buzz 3 front wheel. P+P would be 8GBP if ordered direct.
If you're not in the UK please go to www.quinny.com and select the country you're in, then click the "Contact Us" tab to be put in touch with the customer service department for your country.

I have a user manual for the Quinny XL Freestyle Comfort. I'm not sure where online that I found it; but I saved it on my computer. It's not the exact manual that I need. I have the Quinny XL Freestyle(not the Comfort), model # 01-980. The Comfort model looks like it has a swivel front wheel instead of a "leaning" wheel. But this manual is close enough. Since I don't know where I found it, you'll have to email me at email@example.com and I'll send it to you.
Speaking of the "leaning" front wheel, does anyone else know why stroller manufacturers have not started incorporating this fantastic feature!? Why did Quinny stop using it? And can I find it on any other stroller? I need a double stroller now and would love to find one with this feature.
From the associated pictures, it appears the front wheel does NOT swivel. Generally jogger strollers do not have a front swivaling wheel because it may cause the stroller to flip while jogging. Jeep makes a stroller that has a front swival with a locking device on the front wheel, they also have these with a built in speaker system to attach mp3, cd players to. Sorry I couldnt be of more help. If you wantn to email me an actual photo of your stroller I will take a closer look and determine if it can swival. Just let me know on here.
