A letter and number error code of E:61:xx , E:62:xx , or E:91:xx is an indication a malfunction has occurred in the camera. To try resolving any of these error codes, power reset the camera back to the original factory specifications.

Is your server under carePAQ/ support by HP.
Please go to the System Settings/BIOS of the server by pressing F9 while booting. Check for error messages.

Please check for the processor support matrix also. You may want to try upgrading the motherborad firmware berfore loading this proc.

error 62 means sorter is not closed . open and close your sort, the part on the left with the bins. it has a front cover and a relase that allows it to slide left away from the machin. open and close these and see what happens.
