Try Products America, we offer a wide variety of replacement hardware. We will ask you specific questions to determine if we can help you with this missing mattress spring frame. Visit our website www.productsamerica.com. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Call us at 800-205-9642.
Check with Evenflo first, then a hardware company that specializes in that sort of thing. Our movers lost our dropside rods on our 1994 Jenny Lind and Evenflo no longer makes any that we can use it on it, but I talked to some from www.productsamerica.com and from my measurements, it sounds like they have some that will fit. I haven't received them yet to verify.
We bought a used Jenny Lind crib for our daughter and when we put it together everything is tight but it's not stable. It can be rocked back and forth and we are concerned for the safety of our grandson. We need a parts list and/or instructions to see if there's anything missing.
Have you tried checking with evenflo.com's replacement parts? They don't sell them anymore, but they still have a link for some replacement parts, but you need the model # (it's on the crib itself, on the warning or safety tag).
