Call Whirlpool at 1-866-698-2538 to see if they will send you one without charge.) washer is doing the same thing and my pump part is the same. Have you known of Whirlpool replacing these parts at no cost????

Hello there. in the meantime, you can try cleaning out the pump. This is how: There is a kick plate underneith the door and below that plate there are 3 (hex) screws.
Once you take the plate off, there should be a filter right before your eyes.
Whirlpool makes it easy to access it. Clean the filter and I think you'll be ok.
Try that first before you spend $79 on a service technician. Here is a picture of how it should look: Thanks for your inquiry and using fixya. Hope this helped :)

Getting the F35 error on Whirlpool Duet washer model WFW9500TC01. Can you provide troubleshooting help? Thanks!

Follow other instructions for replacing the pressure switch. or better yet. Take it to the scrap yard and get something out of it. That is where mine is going tomorrow, Whirlpool is far overrated with the poor quality and design of products they make. I removed the entire back from mine and noticed a piece of the concrete that is used for counter balance was broke. and the drain pump makes an evil clicking noise. and it doesnt help to pull the drain pump, clean out trap, and reinstall drain pump.. What a 226 pound pile of ****. Whirlpool you should be ashamed of your self to have this many problems with your duet "WHAT A **** JOKE" I WOULDNT HAVE ANOTHER WHIRLPOOL IF THEY WERE $5 on clearance.

My whirlpool washer duet sport is not draining water out and displays error code f-21

Thanks for using FixYa. Error F21 indicates long drain, this error occurs when the drain time exceeds 8 minutes. To resolve this check the drain hose and make sure it is not kinked with any foreign particles; also clean the drain pump filter for any clogs. Also check if the pump is running fine. If still the issue is not resolved after all this then you might have to replace the pump. Please do rate the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.

I have a front loader that won'tdrain all the way

Ok, my serviceman just left after fixing the problem.  First, as the manual states, you should check the hoses and clean out the lint, which my husband did.  What the manual doesn't tell you is that if you unscrew the front panel on the bottom (you need a special bit to do this), there is a round drain on the bottom.  It's about 3-4" in diameter, and has an impression on the front so that you can unscrew it.  You have to pull it out a bit under a bar so that whatever is stuck in there can come out.  Make sure you have a large container because when he unscrewed this round drain, about two gallons of lint-filled water came rushing out.  The other point is that he said that the drain pipe in the back should only be coming out about 4-6" because otherwise, the water can back up, causing that mildewy smell.  Hope this solution saves you the $120+ it cost me.
