I have never heard this issue before. You probably have a lager issue then what can be resolved here and might face future issue in the future. Is this the only game you are having issues with?

Seeing that you mentioned you have purchased a hard drive then I would recommend you install the game to your hard drive and try play after that. This will resolve any issues possably of your disk drive possably getting hung up during gameplay.

follow these instructions to get your game installed on your hard drive:

Install Xbox 360 games on your hard drive from a game disc Note Installing an Xbox 360 game on a hard drive requires between 4 and 8 gigabytes (GB) of free disc space.
  1. Insert the game disc into the disc drive.

Note After you insert the disc, the default option is to automatically start the game. If the game starts, exit the game, and return to the Xbox Dashboard.

  2. From the Xbox Dashboard, go to My Xbox.
  3. Select the game you want to install.
  4. Press Y on your controller.
  5. Select Install to Hard Drive.

A progress indicator appears while your game is being installed on your hard drive.
Notes
  • Installing an Xbox 360 game might take several minutes.
  • Multidisc game? Install each disc to your hard drive.

How can u fix error 80010516?

To solve this error :

Never eject disc while game is in use.
Delete all your messages.
If playing a game on disc, clean the disc off and ensure disc is inserted properly.
Upgrade your firmware to the latest version.
Under Game settings, set PS/PS2 Upscaler to Off.
Restart your Playstation 3 and try again.
If all else fails, the disc might be defective.

When a disc is inserted into my nintendo wii, the following message appears, "Unable to read the disc". This message appears when I put any game disc into the console.

Next time you insert a disc, listen to it and see if you can hear the disc spin. If it is spinning, you may be able to clean your laser with 93% rubbing alcohol. If you are afraid to do this, or your system is still under warranty, call nintendo and see if they will replace it for you. If you try the alcohol and it doesn't work, you will need to have your drive replaced. Check craigslist in your local area, someone there might be able to fix it for you. If you have the ability or know how to open your wii, you may be able to fix it yourself. You can buy the drives off of Ebay, and it is merely undoing some screws, and un-clipping the connections on the drive, and swapping them. Hope this helps!

When turning ps3 on it gives this message; can not start correct hard disc was not found.also blue light dose not come on..??

Your HARD DRIVE (aka: Hard Disk), located on the left side of the unit, has crashed. You will need to replace the HD.

When you replace your hard drive, you will need to have the latest firmware on a

usb stick. Download the firmware from the playstation official website onto a usb

stick. Once prompted by your system you will need to insert the usb stick into the

PS3. Good luck..

You will need 2.5" Sata Hard Drive.

MY CONSOLE KEEPS SAYING CAN'T READ DISC

The most common reason for the games not reading discs is a bad drive. The following website sells the drives and does installs:

store.richspsxparts.com/wiiredvddr

This drive should fix any reading issues you are having with your games, or issues inserting your games or ejecting them (or lack thereof). This is the entire DVD drive assembly mechanism replacement for your game including a new laser. If your discs are not ejecting, or you cannot insert a disc -- or you can insert a disc but it will not load, this is what you need to get your game going again!

Take care.

Unable to read disc message. I put the game disc into the WII and it won't play. Keep getting a 'Unable to read disc message for any game disc that I try to insert.

This can be caused by a dirty laser in the drive. Try cleaning the laser with a q-tip and alcohol. If this does not fix the problem, the laser may need to be replaced. Contact Nintendo and see if the unit is still under warranty.

Keep getting amessage saying hard disc corrupted.

Sounds like your hard drive is so badly faulty that it cannot be restored, in all likelihood you will need a replacement drive.
