I think you should check your laptop, i think the laptop's battery slot have some problem. Or if you want to buy a new dell latitude c600 battery, you can buy here dell latitude c600 battery

Hi im josh in cebu phils.may i help you. friend try to check the small wire white near the batt.or check the connections if it is not shorted or disconnected. or try to replace new batt. good luck

Yes they can be replaced. They plug into the motherboard. The hard part is getting into the case. there are resources online that show how to dissasemble. You will need to remove the keyboard to access video board. Replacements are easy to find and not too expensive

All USB sockets support that, it's in the standard. But for ease of use it will be better to use a hub. But because it's such an old laptop it will surely be an 1.1 type, and the speed will be very slow.
