Question about ATI RADEON X1650 Graphic Card
The 2 beeps is parity error or parity curciut failure
the device is not getting pluged in right, the connector are dirty, the slots in the motherboard are dirty,
the first 64kb is the problem,
if the chips on the board can be removed than remove the chip and re install them, same on the motherboard if you have that option,
clean the leads on the video card with a #2 pencil eraser
clean the eriaser with a lint free towel or rag.
blow some air threw the card slots where you plug the cards into
