By your question I am assuming you want to connect your Samsung netbook to a television. Can you specify your Samsung model number, and the make and model of the TV? Better yet, can you list the available inputs for the TV, I.E. HDMI, VGA, S-VIDEO, COMPOSITE, ETC.
connect or pc with a HI-SPEED (HDMI) CABLE TO UR TV..AND PLUG IT IN TO HDMI..CONNECTION..MOSTLY ON THE SIDE OF THE TV..OR ON THE BACK...JUST LOOK AROUND......AND IT WILL WORK.. CHANGE UR AV SETTING ON UR TV...AND PC SCREEN WILL APPEAR ON UR TV SCREEN...' CHEERS
If the TV doesn't have a VGA port, but does have HDMI, purchase a HDMI to VGA cable and insert the VGA into the netbook and the HDMI into the TV.
Hope this helps. Get back in touch.

If the netbook has an HDMI port, you can connect it to most flat screen tv's with an HDMI cable. If there is no HDMI port, then you cannot connect it to a tv.
In order to connect your netbook to lcd tv your need a VGA or a HDMI cable( if your laptop has a hdmi port). Once you connect the netbook with the lcd tv you nned to use you tv remote to choose the input to pc or pc1 or HDMI depending the lcd tv. if you any futher questions please feel to ask.
