I cannot boot my vgc-rc310g after removing trogan horse (2ea)

I recieved two trogan horse virus yesterday in a program called (ms anti spyware 2009). took computer to a computer repair center, they removed the harddrive and ran malware and avg to remove the two trogan horse virus found. the existing problem: the boot takes me to the welcome blue screen with our log-in window and notation says we have unread e-mail, if i click on sign-in it wants to log-off and the only option is to shut down. if i f-8 to safe mode then highlight restore to previous day the computer goes back to my previous admistrative blue screen. correct me if I am wrong but I think I need a (xp media center or vgc-rc310g boot cd which I don't have and boot to to an option of repair/restore NOT RECOVER. your thoughts please!!!!!

Your laptop still has a virus. From your description, you seem computer savy. What u need to do is you need to boot your system with UBCD ( can be downloaded at www.UBCD4win.com) and search for files with the extension as .exe and delete the ones that look like folders.

then you reboot and try and log into your system. Next, download a software called Combofix. You google it out and get a download. run that to remove the remaining viruses and fix your regsitry.

HO ZE 4400 LAPTOP

Hi there, it sound like a computer virus or trogan virus; it is a malicious program. You need to use an Anti-Virus or Anti-trogan program to get rid of it.

It could also be software problem like a corrupted file in your Operating System.

You should first format your hard drive and try it first and see what happens.
By formatting your hard drive, and re installing your Operating System, should correct the problem.

If not use the Anti-virus or Anti trogan program.

I downloaded the program Antivirus 2009 Professional but i cannot access it or find a way to make sure it is installed

Antivirus 2009 is a hoax. It a virus/spyware intended only to harm your computer. To get it off is way hard. Check my website.

2009 anti virus program keeps on poping on the computer screen. It's massing up my software.

Hi nhnvk,

Hope you have anti-virus and anti-spyware programs If so, boot your computer to "Safe" mode with networking. Update your anti-virus and anti-spyware programs. Then run the programs either one at a time or simultaneously (tip: run both programs twice). If this does not work, then the next best thing to do is to reformat your hard drive and re-install all your programs. Of course you'll need to back up all your pertinent files.

Good luck and thank you.
