Hi,
when the system starts the tap f8 key and select the safe mode and then check whether it is working.
If it is booting then go to programs>accessories>system tools>system restore and restore the system to a back date nearby when problem occurred.
Remember any program installed after this date it will go.

Every time i try to watch anytype of video it will start then stop and do this till i give up on the video.

You do not have enough ram or you have too many programs running at startup that are eating up ram. If you have less than 1gb of ram you need to add as much as you can afford. If you have 1gb or more ram then click Run and type in msconfig and then go to the Startup Tab. Disable all unneeded programs that are running at startup.

On startup, a cloud and black screen appears, which turns out to be green after startup.

Hi, the issue seems to be with the Corrupted Video Driver, Try Uninstalling the Video Driver Completely. Restart the Computer Now first Install the Original Driver using the Recovery Console(OR Recovery Discs) provided by Manufacturer. Later Update the Video Driver to the Latest Version. If that didn't solve the issue, Check for the BIOS update, Update the BIOS. This will resolve the issue.

THE ONBOARD VIDEO DOESNT WORK HOW DO I DISABLE IT, WITHOUT GOING INTO THE BIOS CUZ CANT GET MONITOR TO WORK WITH COMPUTER

You might be able to boot Windows in Safe mode (F5 at startup). In this mode WIndows uses a basic VGA driver. From there you can change the video driver to the appropriate one for your monitor. If you are unable to see video even before Windows startup, you may need to check the monitor on another computer to be sure it's working properly.

Monitor stays in standby from startup

Try it on a different computer. Standy usually indicates not getting a signal from the video card and then it goes into standy. If it works on a different machine or laptop, check your video card.
