See my other solution, glue a bluetack on the rubber rollers, you will need to do that occasionally.

I have a 5650 lexmark printer and it keeps saying paper jams but there is not paper anywhere.. how can i find a solution... when you load paper it keepps getting stuck.. help

There could be something blocking the paper path. Try to shake the printer upside down. You'll be amazed of the things that falls off inside the printer. Also, make sure that there's no paper left inside the printer. Tiny pieces of paper will still lead to paper jams.

4TH LIGHT FROM THE TOP KEEPS COMING ON LEXMARK E232

What this light sequence means that the printer has a paper jam.

When a paper jam occurs, the printer stops and the operator panel's Paper Jam light and Continue button lights come on. Press and release Continue twice quickly to display the specific secondary error paper jam light sequence.

How to clear Paper Jam

Press Continue button twice quickly to see the secondary error code.

To get the secondary error codes

When the Error light (!) and Continue button lights are both on, a secondary error has occurred.

When the Paper Jam light (4th light) and Continue button lights are both on, a paper jam secondary error has occurred.

Press and release Continue button twice quickly to display the secondary error code light sequence.

Press Continue button to resume printing once all the jammed pages are cleared from the paper path.

We recommend that you clear the entire paper path when a paper jam occurs.

To clear a paper jam:

1 If you are feeding paper from a tray, remove the tray, and then remove any jams.

2 Open the front cover and remove the print cartridge assembly.

NOTE: Do not leave the print cartridge assembly exposed to direct light for an Extended period of time. Extended light exposure can cause print quality problems.

3 Remove any jams in the area behind the print cartridge assembly.

4 Lift the flap at the front of the printer and remove any jams beneath the flap.

5 Open the rear exit and remove any jams.

6 After you have cleared the jams, reinstall the print cartridge assembly, make sure all printer covers and trays are closed, and then press Continue button to resume printing.

NOTE: The printer reprints the pages that caused the paper jam.

Paper keeps jamming. we get a partially printed page, then jams about 2/3 of the way and we have to pull it out.

You can avoid most paper jams by correctly loadingpaper and other media in the printer. Tips on how to help prevent paper jams · Do not loadwrinkled, creased, or damp paper. · Make sure thepaper is not buckled in the tray. · Never mixpaper/media types within a single tray. · Flex, fan, andstraighten paper before you load it. · Do not exceed themaximum stack height. · Push all papertrays firmly into the printer after loading them. · Make sure theguides in the trays are positioned snugly against the paper. · Do not remove anypaper trays while a job is printing. Wait for a Load Paper light sequencebefore you remove the tray. See the 'Load Media' section on page 61 of theUser's Guide for more information. · Use onlyrecommended paper. Consult the CardStock & Label Guide on the Lexmark web site for more information aboutwhich paper provides optimum results for your printing environment. What does the forth light mean? and what to do to make the printer pickup the paper as my printer stop as soon as it starts to print.

If you are including the power light, the fourth light relates to loading paper. A steady light means it needs paper, a blinking light wants you to load the paper into the manual feeder. If you are not including the power light, its calling out a paper jam.

Paper jams no matter what stock I use; Lexmark e232

Slipping paper feed rollers is probably causing the jamming. Remove the paper tray and tip the machine back so that you can access the feed rollers from underneath. A good technique to isolate this problem is to remove the rubber feed tires, turn them inside-out and refit them. If it now works OK you need to get new feed rollers.

Frequent jam in Lexmark E232

This can happen a lot if you're using very light weight paper.  Also, if the paper is not flat it can jam up too.  Best thing you can do is get yourself some higher quality paper and keep it in a air tight tub after you open it.

PAPER JAM

The problem sounds like your rollers have lost their grip. Remove the paper tray and tip the printer up. Push the red lever on the left of the printer down and you will see the feed mechanism with two wheels. Remove the rubbers on the wheels and turn them inside out. Replace them on the wheels with the worn side now inside and the 'sticky" side out. You should get at least another couple of years worth of use before you need to replace them.

PAPER JAM

Rotate tires. Pull out paper tray. Pull down on red low paper indicator at left bottom. Two rollers come down on axel near center. I pulled off the rubber tire like roller, then twisted the roller inside out and reinstalled it with the fresh side out.
If tires dry out again will probably buy new ones from ebay.
