Question about Samsung Remote Control
My ^TV is not even a month old in my home. It was delivered Jan 7/09. I woke up this morning ( Feb 22/09 ) and the TV was very hard to turn on. The remote did not work. The side panel does not work. I can do nothing now except un-plug the TV to turn off. I have brand new batteries in remote. Very confused, can you help.
Call who you bought the TV and remote from and get it replaced with there warranty. No reason to put yourself through a headache when you are covered under warranty.
