By my Auntie @ K.S.A Last July2008, when she went back home (Jolo, Sulu, Philippines) 4 a vacation! Together w/its supplied DVD midi discs, we used d Player 4 karaoke singing every weekends & on special occasions, to increase -family bonding! Then on Jan02,2009- we went 2 Zamboanga City, 4 a Medical Check Up, and when we returned back home (Joo,Sulu, Philippines)- 0n Jan20, & Started playing d supplied DVD Karaoke Discs,The screen of d player displayed a ''NO DISC'' signal! I became so worried, that I tested my other CDs & DVDs - both audio & video - but unfortunately, w/the same displayed message- ''NO DISC'' ! What's wrong w/my player? I just have not used it for 18 days, & became like this! Any Help, for a REPAIR SERVICE in our country, Philippines, is highly appreciated ! Thanks & More Power!

My mom sent me a mediacom karaoke from Saudi to New Zealand.i was disappointed when we put it together and it just kept saying "No Disc". we had it checked out by an electrician here and he was able to point out the part that was damaged (probably from the handling). i asked my mom to check with mediacom in Jeddah if they can supply the damaged part, but they told her they dont have it (duh). i checked with Manila's mediacom and this nice lady answered my questions and had a good knowledge of what i was asking. i strongly suggest you contact her for your queries. her name is Vilma and you can reach her through this number :00639282299222. then you can just exchange details thru email and voila, you get what you need! happy singing everyone! ;)

My name is Kamlesh Singh. I am not happy with MediaCom people because they had cheated me in shipment. Guy careful if you buying from Dubai to USA. There is big custom chatge. They never mentioned. There customer service is just shit.
Anyway try DVD cleaner disk and change your audio / video wire. I was running this syatem through my DVD recorder so I can sing and record . I had same issue. So I replaced the wires and hook direct to TV and work.
