You need to put a memory card in before you can connect your SideKick Slide to the computer.
So once you put in that Memory card, you can connect it to your computer.

Cant put music on my phone ugh

Try the following:

1. Attach your USB cable to the Phone and Computer.
2. Navigate your computer, to find the phone. It generally appears as a USB stick or Ext HD would.
3. Within your Phone there will be several folders. One will say music.
4. You can copy music (MP3 format) to and from your phone this way.

I hope this helps. Regards,

Lg cf360 makes dinging noise while on charger

I've had my CF360 for about 2 weeks and I may have run across the same problem you are having. It never happens with the wall charger that came with the phone, but it does occur when I connect using a USB cable from certain computers.

Oddly enough the phone only dings when it is plugged into newer P4, and even one old P3 computer. It does not usually make any dinging noises when I plug it into an older Celeron machine. It does not seem to make a difference if the port is USB1 or USB2, I've tried both.

My first thought was that the newer computers were putting out too much power, but I have sort of come to the conclusion that it may be when they are not putting out enough power. I notice when plugged into the Celeron that the phone will start dinging for a brief period of time if something else starts to draw power, such as the hard drive or the CD drive. Using Windows control panel I have determined that the phone requests 20mA when it plugged in, on all the computers I've tried it on. The micro printing on the supplied wall charger says it outputs 700mA so I have convinced myself that I'm not damaging the phone when it is plugged into the P4 machine, although I'm also probably not getting much of a charge either (I mainly use the USB for data connection, not charging). Even at that I don't leave it on the P4 machine any longer than I need to. The owners manual does have a paragraph or two about low power computers and USB hubs, but never says the phone will ding all the time.

Don't know if I helped, but that is what I've found.

Need help putting music on my Nokia Express Music phone.

Maybe you have a faulty cord.
Try using the cord with your old phone, ect.
Also, is this a brand new phone? If it is, maybe take it back to the shop and ask them, if it's not then maybe it was faulty when you bought it.
Either way you should probably take it and the cord back to the shop.
And you can always just bluetooth songs from your other phone onto this phone.
Get back to me mate.

My sidekick wont show up on my computer everytime i put my usb in it makes a ding noise

You need to put a memory card in before you can connect your SideKick 3 to the computer. It is very hard to find the "mini" SD memory card that you need for the SK3, so I went and bought the adapter for the "micro."
Please note that the SK3 is only compatible with memory cards of 2GB and less.
So once you put in that mini card, you can connect it to your computer.

Idk how to getpics on to my computer

Connect USB or a data cable that u got with ur mobile or get it from any mobile shop around u which is suited for ur mobile...
Conect one end of cable to ur phone and other end to USB PORT at the back of the PC or whereever ur USB port is located
Once u have done that, ur computer will make a sound ( DING DONG ) and u will see a screen which will ask u for an action
This is the same autorun screen that comes up when u put a CD in ur system
U can click on " OPEN AS FOLDER TO VIEW FILES " and now all the files in ur phone will be visible to u as folders and u can do normal copy and paste...
if u are not able to do anything after the phone has made DING DONG sound then goto my computer and there u might find the icon among other folders for C: and D: for a removable drive which would be for ur phone . Just double click on it and u shud be able to view files in ur phone and do normal copy and paste
