Re: No Audio ouptut device is installed
This may resolve your issue by updating your sound driver in device Mgr.. Follow these instructions.
To access Device Manager, go to Start | Control Panel | System and Maintenance | System | Device Manager (Device Manager is located under "Tasks" in the left hand column of the "System" menu). A list of hardware will display. Here you will search for "Sound, video and game controllers", click on the (+) plus sign and a drop down menu will appear. One at a time, right click on each of these choices and select Update driver. When completed, restart your computer.

Installing your audio drivers on XP:- ***important
You have to install the "Microsoft Universal Audio Architecture (UAA) Bus Driver for High Definition Audio (sp33867)" first, before intalling the audio drivers Conexant CX20549-12 Audio Driver for Microsoft Windows XP (sp41836.exe).
If you reverse the procedure your audio won't work.
As you have specified the problem, is ocuuring due to driver of your onboard or external sound card device driver is not well in functioning. Sometimes it happens, when you online updates your driver like, your firmware is designed for designated PPI Audio driver while updating online if the exact driver is not found then it searches the driver for related fetched driver for that device. It causes not to let interface your device with the designated OS.
search for any *.nfo file available in your OS Directory(C:\Windows). Open this .nfo file n then look for Audio device version and manufacturer's name. Search the name followed by exact version on http://google.com for OS vista and then install that driver.
##Be sure about the version of OS are you using. like 64 or 32-bit OS. Download the driver with respect to your OS type(32 or 64-bit)##
I Hope it will work.

I checked their website. Did you download the sound driver RAM2080 Win Vista x 86 15.02.2007 version 6.10.5337.0?
If so and it did not work it looks like you'll have to update the BIOS (BIOS update RAM2080 _only_ for MS Windows Vista 14.05.2007 version F0A. However BE VERY CAREFUL and follow the instructions EXACTLY, otherwise you may make the computer unbootable.
go to start - control panel - system and maintenance - system - device manager, locate your sound card and uninstall your sound drivers, rebbot the computer and vista should reinstall them for you and they should work again
It is most likely you have a device that needed a special installation of a driver in order for it to work. The most logical solution in this case would be to reinstall your audio driver from the disc the driver is contained on.
Also, check Windows Update to see if a sound driver is offered as an optional update.
