Bought this and it gave me a virus. Had to have Norton delete. Now, I wish to get my money back. Order # LKYJ87EQ for $49.00

if you paid by cash, card or direct debit the put it down to experience. If you paid by paypal then contact them and lodge an application for a refund
The virus protect you have is not working as any programs loaded /downloaded are always pre-checked by the security program as soon as you start/ install or plug in
My security system asks to scan for anything that down load or install (cd's sticks or anything with a program possibility) and the screen lights up red if anything is found that may be detrimental to the computer. Only a mug over rides the advice to cancel the program immediately

I mistakenly pressed the block and now can not watch and listen to anything, how to unblock?

You may want to check 2 different locations.

Step 1: Click on Tools and Internet Options (In IE Page).

Step 2: Then click on Security Tab.

Step 3: Left Single Click on Restricted Sites and then click on Sites Tab.

Step 4: Remove the all those sites you want to watch.

Other Option is check all the pop up blocker. Usually you will have them displayed above the address bar. You just have right click and choose allow.

Hi There,

You need to update the sound drivers on your laptop, because the sound drivers on your computer is for XP and the drivers that you must be having should be for xp. So download and install the latest version of audio drivers for your computer.

Please follow the below link and download the sound drivers respective to your laptop,

Note : If your computer manufacturer's name is not listed in this website, then you might have to visit the manufacture's official website to download the latest audio drivers for your computer.

Enjoy installing the sound drivers and enjoy listening to some good music. !!!!

Hello, I have a Packard Bell EasyNote laptop using Windows Vista. Listening to CDs and Videos was great. Then I purchased a headset with microphone and discovered that I needed to change some settings...

There are no settings required to use a headset unless it is a one which plugs into the USB port.

To use the standard 3.5mm jack headset you just need to plug the jacks into same colored ports on the laptop.

The cause for distortion is definitely something else. If you can, copy or rip a song/video to your harddrive and play it from there. Notice any difference.

To suggest any solution I would like to know what steps you have already taken to resolve this issue.

All my emails go into draft when I press send, there is a strange logo saying click oncharacter string shewn this is the first time I have seen this

This could be the problem with ISP, may be the outgoing port is blocked by service provider.

For a test please type the following in RUN.

telnet 25

If it shows failed message it means the ISP blocked the outgoing port. Please call customer care to unblock it.

your ISP may have blocked the ports that torrents work on so in the application you use you need to change what ports it uses - also if you have a router your router may be blocking the out going or even incoming traffic on the port its specified to use so you may want to log into your router and unblock those.

utorrent is a good one for windows.

Power surge on hub port message

unplug your mp3 player immediately!! it will fry your mp3 player if you leave it plugged in!! try adjusting the player's settings and seeing if there is somewhere to switch it from '1000mah' to '500mah' or lower. try that. if it still gives the error try a different usb port.

I have Windows Vista Basic and I can't download any updates or anything from microsoft for that matter. My Internet Explorer also crashes immediately after opening. I attend school online and I really...

This could be an indication of a malware infection.
Please begin by running disk cleanup (click here) or download and run ATF cleaner from here to clear your temp files and browser cache.
Try IE and if no joy, go to and download their free anti-malware software. You may have to download this to another internet connected computer and burn it to cd if your system won't let you go there, but install it, update it if possible, and run a quick scan of your computer. Fix any problems it detects. Then without rebooting go to windows update and download and install all updates available for your system. Reboot and run an in-depth Antivirus scan of your system to check for further problems.
If you still have problems with IE at that point, go to this link and work through the troubleshooter.
Report back and let us know how it goes, and whether you have any further difficulties.

I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue. If you need further assistance, please post back with a comment to this thread.
If I've managed to answer your question or solve a problem, please take just a moment to rate this post....thanks!
