    Hi,

    Frankly; which audio driver?

I detour the problem by connecting the video player audio out to the line in of the PC.

thank you very much for trying,

    Best Regards,

It is possible to record but it recommends more time.

When transfering the VHS to my external hard drive, the audio is not in sync with the video. What can I do??? I'm using the DAZZLE DVD Recorder Convert device and have Windows XP.

Try to capture the video first in your drive C and please check if you will get the same result. If not try capture the whole video and do the copy and paste so that you can transfer it to your external hard drive.

If you still getting the same result when capturing the video to the drive C.

Try to defrag your hard drive C. Disable your antivirus and firewall connection.

Update the driver of your video card and sound card.

If your using a laptop or the desktop. Make sure that the dazzle device is connected at the back USB and not in the front.

Hope this help

Record hidef films to media without computer

You should first ensure that the TV support video and audio OUT!

This will determine what connectors yo have available. Most connections will be for video and audio IN. You may have one connector for video/audio out which you can use. Chances are this will NOT be HiDef.

I am not able to capture audio but video is fine. Trying both Windows Movie Maker and Instant DVD Recorder. Neither works. Also have checked input device and sources and recording volumes. Nothing is muted...

What kind of video cable you used? S-video or composite? if s-video did you also connect the red and white cable? If composite did you try to used another audio cable? Can you please try to visit and check your device manager and check if there is a yellow exclamation point.

Let me know it

My dazzle has compasite cable my old vcr does not what to do?

Hi,

Pretty common situation. You can either just use one connector (audio) and record it as the left or right. If they are home video - they are most likely mono anyway. If they are stereo takes (purchased movies) - you might consider borrrowing a stereo VCR to provide two channel output. Since everyone is going to Digital - many people are giving away older TVs with built in VCR function. I use Dazzel for this alot - it's handy to have a VCR with a good remote for play, stop, pause and FF and RW.
