I opened up the camera and moved the metal mic support away from the mic. Just pull it away slightly and it went away. Try it

The microphone doesn't pick up my voice. All I get is a buzzing sound. I even re-installed the software and went to device manager. I don't know what else to do.

That sound is the static generated by a bad connection so either the sound cable isn't plugged in correctly or it's broken. Easiest way to check which - try using another mike.

Bad clarity of webcam

Hi Rahul,

The clarity may be caused by the lighting conditions in your room or the light in your room is positioned behind you and in front of the camera. You can try having the light in your room in front of you.

Microphone not working ?

I have seen situations in the past where a woman especially would not modulate her voice well enough to make good sound on her mic, other then that, make sure your mic volume is set fairly high. Also if the situation is not cleared by the previous two suggestions look for newer audio drivers for your system ( whatever that may be ), a.k.a. motherboard audio driver or sound card drivers depending on what hardware you have installed
