Question about Apple iPod touch
When i turned my iPod Touch on it had a completely blank screen. I held the home button and the lock button down and the screen went black. iTunes recognisess it when i plug it in but the iPod doesnt work! This has happened before. Help plz.
Make sure u hold down home and sleep buttom for more than 11 seconds. After the allple logo shows up, press the home button...i had similiar problems as some of u, and this unfroze/ fixed my issue. Hopefully, it will work for u

If hard resetting and restoring it doesn't work you have a broken LCD screen. There is an iPod touch repair website that shows you how to replace the screen yourself. But if you're under warranty apple will help you.
