The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.
Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program such as Picasa.
you must read the owner manual, section troubleshooting for indicate what is wrong. and fix it. Otherwise you must to the repair shop for fix it. Normally the LCD is faulty, and need replace it. God bless you
You'll need a card reader to transfer the data to your PC. These days most laptops and printer has built in card reader. But since Sony camera's use memory stick, some of them don't support memory stick. So,
First check whether or not your printer or laptop has memory stick support, if has then use it to transfer you images. Otherwise you've to purchase a memory card reader with memory stick read support[should be available on any nearby electronic shop].
Then remove your memory stick from your camera and connect it with your laptop.
