Unfortunately the Netflix version that is available for this model is not the most up to date due to the firmware and is unable to be updated.

download the instr. manual from www.fitness.manualsonline.com or www.retrevo.com and proceed according with the diagram included in the instr. manual.

Right-Click Computer, then Left-click Properties\Device Manager. Find your BD player. It might be listed under CD\DVD drives. Double click the BD Device. A properties window will open. Click Region and select the proper one. I believe that the U.S.A. is still Region 1 for BD ROMs, as they are for CD\DVD ROMs. You can only change this a few times and then it won't let you change it again, so don't change it a bunch of times trying to figure out what is the correct one.
