In your new email message click on the paper click in the lower left hand corner. This will open a choose to pick your file. You can also open Finder and drag the file you want to attach into the Compose Message window.
Sometimes you can use an alternative e mail address to sync to or if you used any info from a cell phone & synced it u may be able to get it that way too
Use http://www.mail2web.com log in with your gmail credentials and make some space in your inbox by deleting unwanted emails.then you can use your gmail.
