1) press STOP/Restart button for 5 secs 2) Press Green Power ON button holding stop/restart button 3) leave the restart/stop button and after 2 secs press twice the restart\stop button 4) it will open in service mode then open the flap to remove the catridge 5) now close the lid widout the catridge and then switch off the printer 6) Now open the lid and then start the printer 7) then insert the catridge and now its ready to use.. ENJOY :-)
If you are using any refilled catridges, remove it and try with original one. See if any dust is present or any pieces of paper left or struck inside. Make sure the catridges are not empty. Try it out. If still it does not happen then call the technician to check the sensor part of the printer.
Catridge removal should be done along with the software support. Click on printers and faxes. Select your printer from there and click properties on it. Then Click on check ink levels in your printer. It will automatically show for the error if there is any empty catridge and you will get a screen with button named "Remove Catridge" On clicking it, the print head will come and stop near the opening from where you can open the print head and remove the catridge. Press the small tap like button on the side and while pressing it, the catridge will become loose , and pull it on the top. You can remove it by doing like this.
Open the front of the face. Pull out the catridge and drum assembly carefully. Thier should be a yellow tab on the toner catridge press down and the lift the toner catridge out. Replace and reseat in printer.

Open the Printer Cover.......... 2. Remove both the Catridges from the Printer............ 3. Move the Catridge Carrier which holds the catridge from right to left and from left to right for about 10 times............ 4. Try to make a copy without the catridges........If this works and it gives a Blank Page out............ 5. Insert both the catridges turn the printer off and turn it on again........... 6. Now it should work fine........

Please remove the printer catridge and clean the the extra ink in the catridge holder and in the catridge connection point with the soft cloth without damaging the cables in the catridge and the holder then test it
u just do a thing.just press the paper load button when the printer in power on that time the catridge will move suddently remove the ac power pin of the printerr while the catridge tray on centre afterwards u can remove the catridge and install new one
