Question about Toshiba Satellite Pro S300-S1001 Notebook
I bought a new Toshiba Satellite A350D Laptop late last year. From that time the wireless card only works sometimes. When the laptop boots it does not start. It has a an exclamation mark in device manager. I have to uninstall it and restart the machine for it to work. I have the latest driver installed. What could possibly be the problem?
Possibility one: defective wireless card. Possibility two: improperly installed card driver.
Possibility three: wrong card driver
Possibility four: device conflict with card
For possibility four, does the card stop working when you use another device on your machine? Try disconnecting all other connected devices outside of the laptop (printers, scanners, webcams, MP3 players, etc) and see if the issue goes away. Keep us posted.
