I can surely help you with this one as I am well versed in breaking down and rebuilding computers. I don't know if there are specific wires that you're unsure of, or if you need help installing all of the wires to the board. Hopefully, this will help get you started.
I located a really detailed layout of your motherboard. You will see one black and white, drawn and labeled diagram of the board as well as a color photo of the board that isn't labeled. You will also find specs on the board as well as information about clearing the BIOS settings and/or BIOS password.

HP's name for this board is also Nettle. It's pretty explanatory and if you try to connect a wire to the wrong connector on the board, more than likely, the pins won't match and it won't fit.
