Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Console
Ive seen this once before so this may depend on your drive. remove the faceplate and the bezel on the drive tray(it should snap off if you push up on it. now right under the tray there is a couple of holes. one of them is a hole where if you have a small screwdriver you need to push it in and it should turn the ejection gears enough to pull it out. they are in different locations on different drives. the Hitachi drives are the hardest to do this. to stop this, you may to need to open it up and see if there is any obstructions and lube the tray slides and motor. silicon grease is a real good lubricant so try that
