Question about Brother CS-80
I get this problem too. I found that it might be because I've moved the wheel while sewing previously and the needle doesn't go back to where it's supposed to be to be auto threaded correctly. To solve it, I just push the canister down until the threading parts are lowered. Once I see where the threader is positioned, I use the wheel to adjust the needle height to where the threader is, then I push the canister down all the way, and the needle is threaded.
