I'm really frustrated with this chat issues if there any browser I can switch to to be able to know if the customer had disconnected the chat or if the customer is still on. The initial 30 minutes of the chat go fine and then after I give the customer a step to try there comes no response I keep waiting I have even waited 45mins to 1 hr. I have been sticking to just one chat at one chat to ensure the customer gets all the attention but then finally there is a limit to wait I have to disconnect the session. Is there a solution to this coz It's going to effect my payments. All my efforts are going in vain for no reason.

- Even though I have rated helpful but this doesn't resolve the issue I'm looking forward to a better system which takes care of such technical issues also which experts face. I'm sure I'm not the only one. Till the time fixya comes up with a resolution hope this be a consideration before a warning is sent to an expert casting a reason of refund.
I'm sorry, but we currently do not have any system like that. It is, however, a great suggestion and something that I will propose to my bosses. I think that in the meantime, there is no need to wait as long as you have been. I think that if the customer does not respond to your posts for 15 minutes or so, you can assume that they have been disconnected.
