Hi Sorose4u, I'm sorry, but we currently do not have any system like that. It is, however, a great suggestion and something that I will propose to my bosses. I think that in the meantime, there is no need to wait as long as you have been. I think that if the customer does not respond to your posts for 15 minutes or so, you can assume that they have been disconnected.
