Hi there. You can watch TV by using Windows Media Center. You might need to configure it first for channel selection. Just go through the process of setting it up and you'll later on be able to watch Television channels using that software.
It seems that your Num key is active.So when you press any character then No are display .
To resolve this just keep on pressing the Fn key which normally left hand side of ctrl key ,Hold that key and then press the Num lock which normally togle with Delete key .
Solution :- Keep pressing Fn key + press Delete Key .Problem will solve

If the videos are not rnning so this is not the problem with the system.Infact all the codecs are neither supported by the media player notr the shuttle center so please install any third party player such as windows media player classic which is having almost every codec and enjoy the shuttle center for listening the music and watching the TV if TV tune is there.
