Question about Samsung Audio Players & Recorders
I've loaded the MP3 player with lots of .wma tracks and only 12 of them will play. The screen will show the title of the next track and look like it's about to play but will then just skip to the next one, and the next one, etc., until it finds one of the few it ALWAYS plays.
Many WMA's are DRM-protected - the DRM-protected tracks that you have loaded may not have transfer rights, even though they will play fine on a computer. The best bet is to download only songs that are in mp3 format. Another option, which is illegal, is to buy a DRM-stripper and strip your WMA's of the DRM-protection - but, it is illegal, costly, and time-consuming.

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
