I have a 5815 model and it has been years since I have used it. It is an automatic, so I need to clarify that I just put the ingredients in and set it for the type of bread I am making?

Hello,
Start by putting the ingredients in, in the order they are listed. Wet goes in first, then dry. Try using bread flour. It's lighter and more tender. All dry ingredients must be level, not heaping. If you put heaping, you'll have a mess on your hands as the recipe may not mix well. Hope this helps!

What order do i use for the ingredients for an admiral 4451303 bread machine?

In general, for all bread machines, add the wet ingredients, then the dry.
If you are going to use a timer feature, be sure the yeast doesn't get wet. A common solution is to put it on top of all the other dry ingredients. Panasonic/National machines have a separate yeast dispenser, but IMO there's no need...

Dry ingredients first. Other than that it shouldn't matter.

Order of ingredients

The order of ingredients should be all liquids first, then dry with yeast last. I always make a small hole on top of dry ingredients and add yeast in the hole.

Kneading problem - lop-sided loaves

it is very imporant that you put the ingredients in the right order (water on the bottom, flour floating on top o it, yeast on the flour not touching the wwater). Also the amount of water is crucial.
The bread becomes evenly distributed during rise.
Rise problems might be due to improper kneading which in turn might be due to the pan jumping. Check that the pan is not jumping during kneading.

What order do i put the ingrediance in the machine?

Hi,

If you are using a bread mix you put in the flour, yeast and then the water.
If you are making it from scratch put in all the dry ingredients first and then anything wet. Hope this helps and your bread turns out yummy.

I forget what ingredients go first

You should just be able to put all the ingredients wet and dry into the bread maker. The machine should be doing the work.

How long do I cook the bread

Place the ingredients into the bread machine, liquid first, then flour and dry ingredients, make a little pit in the top of the flour and put the yeast in there. Then start the machine. You add fruit and nuts later, usually there is a beep for adding things.
