Something neon yellow or green

Although it seems extremely odd and a little bulky (I really don't
know where to mount the battery pack) if you could wrap some clear PVC
around a light string from # and then sew it on (like
some sort of edging like on a coat, or corsette) it would look really
interesting. But the real problem would be where to mount the small
battery pack (just a bit larger in size than a bic lighter)

me this morning.

I guess one obvious DIY idea would be dyeing a white bodice green or
yellow--of course you'd have to make sure the fabric content of the
bodice was such that it could be dyed. But white lingerie is so easy
to find, even in cotton blends, it could be worth it.

Another thing might be getting a corset and carefully hand sewing
matching neon yellow or green ribbon trim along all the seams (and/or
a feather boa in yellow or green along the top, the way MistressPrynne
does). Sewing trim on might be tedious but it shouldn't be
particularly hard to do. Any kind of trim, transfer, decal, sew on
patch, etc. would work to get that color match. . .

Why cover up the cool top with a corset? I would wear it with stripy
stockings, boots, and elbow length gloves :)
