The microphone connector is on the rear of the monitor, and you need to connect it to your computer's microphone input jack. The cable is the same kind you would use to connect the audio output jack to the input on a set of computer speakers. Once the microphone is plugged in it works just like any standard microphone. No special drivers are needed for the monitor, but you do need to be sure that the proper drivers for your computer's sound devices have been installed.
