Question about Acer Aspire One PC Notebook

1 Answer

I have been using a Logitech cordless mouse and keyboard in conjunction with my Acer One. Recently after removing the keyboard I have found that the keys on the right side of my Acer keyboard work as if the caps lock is on while the left side functions properly. Any suggestions? Can't type at all since half of what I type on it is numerical.

Is a Logitech mouse compatible with Acer labtop

Should be compatible with any PC, you may need to download the latest Logitech drivers to get the full functionality of the device. Microsoft has basic support built-in for Logitech input devices. If this question is in regards considering buying a new logitech mouse, the software drivers will come with the device.

Acer laptop keyboard and touchpad not working Have had the acer aspire 5100 laptop for two years. Would not boot up. Sent to have fixed under warrany. Came back the boot up was fixed but now the keyboard...

The Acer service centre have probably not connected the keyboard and touchpad to the motherboard. Common mistake by Acer. It is best to send it back to Acer to have it fixed under warranty as if you try it yourself, the laptop could be rendered out of warranty. Good luck... :)

Logitech Cordless Keyboard

This could be either hardware or software related. If you could tell us what the exact blue screen is I can be more specific in my answer. The possible causes for this could be virus/malware, corrupted registry(which could be due to failing harddrive), faulty memory, or faulty motherboard.

BTW, the "reload" they did will not fix much, which is why you had the same problem within days.
