Camera button not working

andyirwin80 hello,

By default, the camera button in the W810i isn't the most successful one.
It usually requires a stronger press inside, until Camera Mode is on.
I'd suggest sending the handset to a certified lab if it is still under warranty.
If not, take the back cover off after having turned your phone off. Remove the battery.
Unscrew the little screws at each side, and divide the two panels.
On the panel with the camera button, please make sure the button is located above the pad that should be pressed and that there are no interruptions.
Then, put everything back on, and check if the button works properly.

take the phone and have the keyboard service or replaced if that does not work then you can try a reflash of the phone to see if that also correct the issues.

The functions available from the arrow pad, which are Self-Timer (arrow left key), Exposure Compensation for adjusting brightness (arrow up key), Macro and Super Macro Modes for close up photos (arrow right key) will all be reset using the RESET arrow pad button. Also, the quality/resolution will be set back to the default of HQ, but settings such as the language, the date and time, sleep time settings are not changed by using the reset button. These settings need to be manually selected through the menus in order to reset or change them.
