Once replaced the watch will flash set to 12. Push and hold the upper button till the hands spin. Press this button again to stop the hands. Set all the hands to 12. becareful, if you pass 12 you will have to go around again. to start the hands spinning again press and hold the upper button untill the hands move. Once all the hands are at 12, press the lower button and the screen should flas LON for london. Set the city code using the upper button to your area. press the lower button hard to confirm the information. The watch should set itself to the correct time. If it starts running from 12, place it on the window sill for the night so that it can get a signal.
