Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Alpine IVA-D310 will not eject CD. If you push eject button you hear the machine trying to eject CD, but nothing happens. The display says eject malfunction.

If you are comfortable with taking the unit out and taking the back off of it, you can access the CD that is stuck. If you are not comfortable in doing this, then I would recommend taking it to an electronics shop where they can work on it.

Cd will not eject from radio. how do I get cd out?

It seems like you've got a faulty radio and it will need to be replaced. If you're desperate to get the CD out of the unit, you can try to rap it on the side once you get it unbolted from the dash while you press the eject button. I hope this helps and good luck!

The eject button is the load button on our 2005, maybe the same for you. Just hold it in for a few seconds and it should spit out your cd. You should be able to lightly put the cd up to the insert space and it should take your cd. If your cd player holds multiple cds then perhaps there are some in there that have not been ejected. Hope this works for you.

Jensen vm9311ts problem

The player thiinks the CD is still in the player. you have a shorted or open sensor. Usually thee players have 3 phto sensors to tell the controller that a Disc is inserted , or ejected or present. Sometimes a wire or piece of lint covers a sensor and makes the controller think the CD is still there. Get you a can of Air from Radio Shack and blow out the DVD drive You might get lucky and this do the job.

Mecha error

Mecha error is a Mechanical Error. This means that this is an actual physical malfunction of the unit. Sometimes pressing the reset button can realign some of the mechanics but most often this is a problem that requires to be serviced.
