Question about Dell Latitude C610 Notebook
Reboot the laptop, as soon as the screen goes blank start pressing the F8 key until you see a menu, select safe mode, if you get the option for the administrator, select it. Once the laptop is up go to control panel, then users, choose your login and then select reset or turn off password. Once complete logout and reboot. Hope this helps.
