How do you put music on the mp3

I'm glad to provide the instructions to copy music files to the player. You can use the supplied SongBird Software or Windows Explorer to transfer music files from Computer to the Player.

When using Windows Explorer, the player will display as an extra drive under My Computer. You can open the drive which represents the player and copy the required audio files to the music folder in the player.

Thanks for understanding. Please let me know if you require further assistance/clarifications.

Computer won't recognize my sanDisk e260 all of a sudden. Can't sync files from my desktop to my mp3 player. Why?

Hi there, there are many ways to copy /transfer music to your player. Here¡¦s a common and simple way to do this process using Windows Explorer. Follow the instructions below: -Connect the disk storage (MP3 player) to your computers USB port. If the computer pops up a window asking what do you want windows to do? Click cancel. -Right click on My Computer and click on Explore. A split window will pop up and display the contents and drives on your computer. Look for the drive Removable Disk (E:) [The letter drive may vary depending on your computer] This is your MP3 player. -Next, drop down My Documents and click on the My Music folder. If you store your music files in a different location then find that folder. -Take a file from the My Music folder or where ever you store your music files, click on the music file drag and drop it into the E: Removable Disk on the left of the window. A window will pop up and display the progress of the copying. Repeat the process until your player is full. You have completed the file copy/transfer process! Sync

make a folder on your desktop, copy the files that you want from your 'music' folder, and paste them into this folder. Then copy all of the files in the folder you just created and paste them into your mp3 player. Open the mp3 player in 'my computer' and just right click and paste. Your music files should go over. Once you are happy delete the folder from the desktop or keep it for further use.

LOSS OF MUSIC - HELP

Uninstall everything from your PC, reboot, reinstall driver and the Explorer (I do not use MediaSource, only the Explorer).

If it didn't work out follow these steps:

1. Uninstall Creative Media Source and all related software.
2. Install the driver. In the installation CD the driver is usually in \Drivers\English
3. Turn on the Nomad an connect it to the PC.
4. Install MediaSource(the program requires that you have the nomad connected while installing)
5. Install MediaSource plugin
6. Try transferring files.

If you?re still running into problem know that there are other programs capable of handling MediaSource?s functions, such as - Portable Audio Devices Power Toy , NomadSync, Real player, and there?s also a Zen plugin for the Winamp.

Good luck!
