The paper will run through the printer but shows nothing. Toner has been replaced but this does not help at all. It will not print whether it is being used as a copier or a printer.

- We have called--they all say buy a new one. Maybe that's the solution, but it seemed worth seeing if anyone could suggest a solution before we scrapped an otherwise excellent machine.Same Problem

- Had the same problem for over a year. Called Canon three times. They suggested downloading an reinstalling vista driver twice and now take it to service center. The machine is basically a very expensive scanner.- gkh5Apr 13, 2009
