Question about SanDisk Sansa e260 MP3 Player
When i pluged it up to my computer it didnt do anything at all
Make sure the hold/lock switch wasn't accidentally activated.
Install the CD first, and THEN plug the mp3 player into the computer. If you plug the mp3 player in first before loading the CD, on some OS's it won't install correctly.
If that still fails, uninstall any program in the add/remove programs screen in Windows that says Sansa (make sure the mp3 player is UNPLUGGED from the computer), and then reinstall the software from the CD.
