Your game read lazer is probably busted you have to send it in to the playstation service with a receipt and they will fix it for you.

Well it sounds like your Blu ray laser is broken. Your best bet is to send it in to Sony for repairs.

Ok your laser is bad. You need to replace it. Your laser has a blu ray diode which lights up blue and reads ps3 games and blu ray games. Then it has a red diode which plays ps2 games dvds cds ps1 games. Your blu ray diode is burned up. You will have to replace the laser its pretty simple.

Games will not load on my ps3(discs)

The blu-ray portion of the laser has gone out.

It's the number one problem with the older PS3's.

The ONLY way to fix it is to replace the blu-ray laser.

Discs wont load

Your laser is going out.

It has nothing to do with the system.

You'll have to replace the blu-ray laser in order to have a 100% working machine again.

i think that there's something wrong with the lens of the blu-ray reader so if u had an experience in the consoles n the drives problems u can change the lens itself if u take ur ps3 n go to sony center in ur country .......if it's in da warranty period it'll be so easy to fix it

Ps3 not loading games

The Blu Ray diode actually contains 3 diodes in it.
Looks like the blu ray one is out, the other 2 still function.
You may need to purchase a KES-400AAA replacement.
