Try to unplug the power from the back of the console and let it sit for 5 minutes. somtimes i had this happen and press the button a lil harder and it woked. also try to remove the faceplate and use a little screwdriver or something to press the button in there. you're faceplates button might be broken(replace faceplate)

Xbox 360 won't turn on!! I was playing my xbox for all of 30 minutes, turned it off, went to turn it back on again an hour later, and nothing!! No red ring of death, no pop or spark, just nothing....

try this
I know its a little annoying but its useful trust me. The orange light usually means a problem with the power supply. This means WORST CARE SCENARIO you have to replace the power brick but you 99% dont have to get a new xbox.

The power pack box to the system shows a red light...cant get the system turned on.

If it's showing a red light, it may no longer be good. You can buy an XBOX 360 power supply & cord at the following website:

I have no power cant turn xbox on theres a orange light on power pack?

This means that there is a problem with your power supply, because it cannot put out enough power to be used by you Xbox 360. My suggestion it to buy a new power supply to replace the one you have now before anything might happen to your system.

No power in console, but light is on ,on the power pack

This is normal. The light will always be on if the power pack is plugged into the wall. There should be no lights lit on the Xbox if the power is turned off, but the power pack will still have an orange light.

Are you using a plug and play kit? if so disconnect it, mine does that sometimes, if thats not the case comment me,I would write them all down but I am getting a bit fed up with writing lots of solutions to problems and getting no response from the person I give the time to help.

Xbox360 has no poewr and wont turn on but the poewr cable is going in to the 360 and the power pack has a orange light

Sounds like you motherboard has failed. Return or exchange if you still have warranty. Good Luck.

Won't stay on, every time i turn it on the red light flashes red, and orange, won"t eject disc either.

This is a common problem with the PS3, you should try to return it to where you got it, or make sure that the power connector you're using is the correct one, because even though you may be using one that is similar in size to the original, it may not support the voltage needed to power the system up.
