Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Console
Try to unplug the power from the back of the console and let it sit for 5 minutes. somtimes i had this happen and press the button a lil harder and it woked. also try to remove the faceplate and use a little screwdriver or something to press the button in there. you're faceplates button might be broken(replace faceplate)
