Noise in rear-end when braking, and from a dead stop, as well when I go over a eg. speadbump

I have run across many such problems as this.Have found solutions from lose bolts on ring gear,lose bolts on backing plate to axle housing,worn brake hardware,weak hold down springs,worn backing plate where shoes are meant to slide(some do it yourselfers dont lube anything),this will cause shoe to catch in the groove worn then will "clunck" or "snap" back into position.,shoes installed backwards,drums worn out of specs.or turned out of specs.,rusted or frozen wheel cylinders where only one side was working and have even found parts missing or worse,new shoes that were bent in the box due to careless parts handlers at any given warehouse. Find an old school,grumpy,most likely balding and or has beer belly.He'll fix it.

Sounds like a shock or u joint but i need more info too be sure like is it coming from the middle or the side? middle would be the u joint side would be a shock
