Re: DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DOWNLOAD FROM COMPUTER
What model Player do you have? I know they try and gear the players toward Rhapsody - can you download from there? Does your player support the Real Player format? If not, there are programs available that will convert a song from Real Player format and others (like WMA, etc.) into plain MP3 format. Also try Amazon.com - I believe their music is downloaded in plain MP3 format.
Have you tried the Sansa website? Their tech support and FAQ's are very helpful (I recently had problems with a Sansa Clip that could not be resolved, so they are exchanging it for me)

That means your computer can play lots of media files because it supported multimedia files example audio or video. Unlike your mp3 player has only limited file format supported. So much better if you try to convert into different media or video format example 3gp,mp4 or avi.Try to download and install this software it might solve your problem Total Converter or Real Player Sp converter.
iTunes music and video have DRM copyright protection, you can only play it on your computer or your iPod player. If you want to put them on other portable player such as Sansa, Zen, Zune, MP3/MP4 player, etc. You have to remove the DRM protection at first. I found a media converter can do that, it's easy to use and works pretty well for me, you may download it for a try. http://www.youtubetoipod.biz/drm-remover.html
You must use the Sansa Media Converter to transfer videos. If the video is DRM-protected (many of Real's movies are), it may not actually convert. But if the video is DRM-free, then the Sansa Media Converter will perform the conversion and load the video onto the player. The Sansa Media Converter may or may not recognize certain file formats, so you may need to download an additional program such as Riva FLV Encoder to convert the Real video to AVI format first - then the Sansa Media Converter will recognize the file. -Tha Mp3 Doctor
